Three minutes and your card is ready. Pick your case and follow the steps.
How did the card reach you?
You bought it for yourself
Open the “Your order is confirmed” e-mail
It carries a “Pick a password and start” button. Choose your password; that is how you sign in from now on. Can’t find it? Check spam, or request a new link from the “Forgot password” page.
Design your page before the card arrives
From “My card” add your photo, title, number, accounts and links. Every change shows on the card at once.
Tap the card with your phone
When it arrives, hold it to the top of your phone. An “Activate your card now” page opens; sign in and press the button, and the card is linked to your page.
Share with a tap
From then on every tap opens your page and the other person saves your details with one press. You also get a second card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Your company handed it to you
Your card is already linked to you
Your company admin added you and linked the card to your name. Any tap opens your page now.
Edit your details in the employee portal
Sign in to the employee portal with your work e-mail; a code arrives, no password needed. Edit your photo, phone and links within what your company allows.
Add it to your phone wallet
From the portal add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so you can share even without the card.
Whoever contacts you reaches you
When someone leaves their details on your card you find them in the portal, and your company receives them too.
It was a gift
Tap the card with your phone
Hold the card to the top of your phone. An “Activate an Athar card” page opens with a “Gift” badge.
Create your account in a minute
Your name, e-mail, phone and a password. A code arrives by e-mail; type it and the account is yours. Free, with no expiry.
Complete your page
Add your photo, title and links from “My card”. The card is in your name and opens your page with every tap.
A company admin?
From the dashboard: upload the logo and colours in Settings, add employees by hand or from an Excel file in Team, and link each card to its person in Cards. When someone leaves, reassign their card without reprinting.

- Hold the card to the top of the phone’s back (near the camera) and keep it still for a second.
- Android: make sure NFC is on in Settings. iPhone: works automatically from iPhone XR onward.
- Remove a thick case or a metal holder if there is one.
- Either way, scan the QR code printed on the card with the camera; it opens the same page.
