How your company starts
Order from the shop
Choose "for my company", set the type and quantity, and pay by card or bank transfer. For more than ten cards we send a quote within one business day.
Activate and add the team
The dashboard invite arrives at once. Upload your logo and colours and import your staff from one file.
Approve the design
For the Special card you see the final artwork on both faces and approve it from your dashboard before printing.
Receive and hand out
Cards arrive encoded and ready by Aramex. The admin hands them out and each employee activates theirs with a tap.

Is there a minimum order for companies?
No. You can start with a single card from the shop; for more than ten cards we prepare a quote with volume pricing.
Can an employee change company details on their card?
No. The permissions page lets you decide what an employee edits themselves and what stays locked to the company.
What happens when an employee leaves?
Reassign their card to someone else from the dashboard without reprinting; the old profile stops at the same moment.
Do you issue a tax invoice?
Yes, a ZATCA-coded tax invoice for every order, sent by email and kept in your dashboard.
Can we have a card designed for our brand?
